I found a directors chair, had my wife sew a sarape on the back and decided to call it The Taco Chair. This series will feature people I find interesting. Since we are all directing the stories of our lives, I'll have them sit in the "Directors" chair and tell me their story. Of course, they have to throw some tacos in there. This is Episode 1.

This is episode 2. We sit down with Omar Arellano, one of the founders of Comida Radio. He talks about how he culinary journey and makes a badass fish taco for us.

This is Episode 3. Elena Flores is the founder and Chingona behind the brand - Sew Bonita. Elena also happens to be my wife so this episode is pretty special to me. Elena talks about how she started in sewing and makes us her favorite taco.

We sit down with the incredibly talented Maria Almeida-Rea from Sweet Rose Cupcakes. Maria talk about cakes, how she started, what tacos mean to her and of course, her favorite taco. She also makes a kick-ass unicorn drip cake for us.

We talk to Alex Chapa, head Chingona at Moonstone'd Pottery. Alex makes us an incredible handmade mug while talking all about jer journey and of course, her love of tacos.

I did my best not to laugh during this episode of The Taco Chair with comedian Javi Luna. Javi is quickly rising in the comedy scene thanks to his South Texas humor and unique view on everything we relate to. We sit down with Javi to talk about his comedy and of course, tacos!
